Our beliefs

The Bible is the divine Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the revelation of God to man; the infallible law to teach, reproof, correct, and instruct in faith and conduct

-1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Jude 3

God is one, truthful, omnipresent, and eternal trinity, revealed in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the creator of the universe and the only Redeemer of mankind

-Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; 48:10-11; Matthew 28:19;

 Luke 3:21-22; 2 Corinthians 13:14

Mankind was created perfect in the image of God and without sin. But the first man, Adam, by his disobedience fell from the grace of God, so sin entered the world and death for the sin. Man's transgression carried with it physical and spiritual death and separation between God and man. Because he is born in and is a slave to sin, mankind is motivated to do wrong in the natural because of the sin within him and it makes him a slave to the same

-Genesis 1:26; Genesis 1:17, 3:6-24; Romans 3:9-18

The salvation of man from the power of sin and death comes only by the grace of God through the work of Christ on the cross, received by man through faith

-Acts 4:12; Romans 3:24-28; 5:8-13; 10:9; Ephesians 2:8-9; Jude 21

The sanctification of every believer is necessary for growth, maturity and to be formed in and reflect the image of Jesus Christ

-Romans 6 & 7; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; 1 John 2:15-17; 2 Corinthians 3:18

The church is the body of Christ, the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit, that has received the Grand Commission to complete the mandate of Jesus Christ. God has given His manifest grace in and through His church to complete this mandate through gifts of the Spirit, both motivational and ministerial, to enable the church to mature and to do the work of the ministry in the world

--Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:14-18; Luke 24:36-49; Acts 1:8;

1 Corinthians 12; Ephesians 4:11-16; Romans 12

God has established ordinances that the church needs to observe. The first ordinance is baptism in water, which comes as a consequence of forgiving of one's sins and to publicly proclaim faith in Christ, the Lord . This is a sign of one's identification with Christ in His death and resurrection for entering into new life. The second ordinance is the Holy Supper or the Lord's Supper, which consists of a cup from the fruit of the vine and bread. We observe this ordinance expressing the desire to partake in the divine nature of the Lord with His church, in remembrance of His suffering, and for prophetically proclaiming the second coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ

-Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38, 8:36-39, 10:47-48; Romans 6:4-9;

 1 Corinthians 11:26; 2 Peter 1:4; 1 Corinthians 11:26

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to all believers to have power for the service of the Lord . The Holy Spirit equips the body of Christ to provide the ministry of every believer work supernatural workings. This experience is distinct and is subsequent to the new birth experience

-Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4-8, 2:1-4; 1 Corinthians 12:1-31;

 Acts 8:12-17, 10:44-46, 11:14-15, 15:7-9
